The Three Fundamentals of Dockery Beverage (Why/How/What)
We are dedicated to operating in a socially responsible manner and making sure that all members of our staff are earning a livable wage. We do not wish to focus solely on monetary gain , but also on quality of product and the support a viable company can provide to its staff and community. We understand that sharing is an instinctive attribute of mankind. To be honorable to that, a portion of our company profits will be donated to the USO of North Carolina and then to other states as we expand our market outward and potentially to other countries.
We are totally hands on. If you see our brand name on the bottle, you can be assured that we manufactured and supervised every step in the process, and not just put our name on a bottle. We take pride in our performance and will not hide behind other's work. Everything that goes into our bottle is a product of our company's labor. We have one of the cleanest labels in the industry. Unlike other companies that produce their product using methods from hundreds of years ago, we will be using modern processing methods to ensure that our products are consistent in flavor, and made with the highest caliber of spices and botanicals. Our spices are purchased from companies who have Kosher certification and are members in good standing of the American Spice Trade Association (ASTA). This gives us comfort that we are buying wholesome spices. We also take the extra effort to ensure quality, by way of the licensed medical professionals and biologist that are part of our company.
Our motivation for our first product is a tribute to the hospitality given to our US troops during a time of battle December 25, 1944. We make beverages that are flavored liqueurs. We absolutely do not try in any way to mimic other established products. All of our flavor formulas start out life on a clean sheet of paper. On that, we bring our knowledge of flavors and blending together to manufacture a product that is both flavorful and compliant with law, and respectful to our environment.
