E. Edward Gambill, sometimes referred to as "The Second Earl of Dockery." Managing Director of Dockery Beverage LTD. A Libra, who always seeks balance. Ed is a naval trained electronics technician, and formerly a studio broadcast engineer for television, media producer in film and video, co-owner of AdWire (a cable advertising insertion company), co-owner of piano bar named Ricks (in homage to Casablanca), an accomplished chef in many cuisines (e.g. Mexican, Asian, Soul food), and owner and master distiller at Gambill Creek Distillers, the first distillery in "the Moonshine Capital of America" since prohibition ended. He is a Renaissance man of sorts. All these skills have come together to shepherd the development and marketing of Bishop de Bastogne. Although Ed never gained a traditional degree, he is still one of the smartest people his daughters have ever known, and they are great judges of character. In aptitude tests, he always scores in Master's and PhD levels.
